This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the Unity Styles website and mobile application.


Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie (underwear, intimate items)
  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal has been removed)
  • Nightwear (if worn or used)
  • Personal care or sanitary products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable/digital products

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene standards.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned in a condition different from original
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned after the allowed return period

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification confirming receipt
  • We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected

If approved:

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless defective

Exchanges
