Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from UnityStyles. If you are not completely satisfied, this Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to return products and request refunds.

1. Return window & eligibility

• You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date unless otherwise stated on the product page. (Change this period if you prefer 30 days etc.)
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging, tags, and any accessories.
• Certain items are non-returnable (see section Non-returnable items below).

2. How to initiate a return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support at info@unitystyles.store with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

3. Return shipping & costs

• Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• We recommend using tracked shipping and insure the package for its full value — we are not responsible for lost return shipments unless a prepaid return label was provided by us.
• If we provide a prepaid return label, we may deduct the return shipping cost from the refund (we will state this in instructions if applicable).

4. Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund including shipping costs when applicable.

5. Refund processing time

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. The exact posting time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Exchanges

If you need an exchange (e.g., different size or color), contact Customer Support. Exchanges are subject to item availability and may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Non-returnable items

• Final sale items, personalized/custom-made products, or digital downloads (unless stated otherwise) are non-returnable.
• Opened hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, please follow the returns process above.

9. International orders

Customers outside our country are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Returns from international customers may take longer and have additional shipping costs. Check local regulations before returning.

10. Partial refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not returned in their original condition, items missing parts, or for items returned past the eligible return window at our discretion.

11. Warranty claims

For products with manufacturer warranties, please contact Customer Support with proof of purchase and details of the issue; we will guide you through the warranty claim process.
